Comando e instrucciones

 Commands and instructions

Resultado de imagen para comandos en ingles

Giving orders
We often use a command imperative, and we also use must. Both sound very direct:

Example:

In the class: Stop talking now!

There are several ways to make te commands sound more educated. We can add, please, at the end of what we say, or we can use a question form to make a command sound more like a request, or we ocan use
I would like you to do + infinitive or I would appraceiate it + infinitive without that:

Example:

At work : As like to sign this form and then send it immediately, please, Ana.

Give instructions

We use instructions to tell someone how to do something. We usually use imperatives. They do not sound too direct in this context:
Example:

A cooking class : Beat four eggs, like this. Then add the flour gradually. However, do not beat the eggs too much.

Can and can't

Today we are going to talk about how to use can and can not to talk about skills.
How to use CAN and CAN NOT in English
By the way. The grammar of English is very easy ... Did you mention it already? As it turns out, can is quite an example of how extremely easy English is.
Conjugations? Does not have. The form is the same, indifferent to the person.
And it is used followed by the infinitive without to. So the other verb is not conjugated either.
Here are some examples:
I can speak English.
You can speak English.
He can speak English.
She can speak English.
We can speak English.
They can speak English.
The negative is can not. Like can, it is used with infinitive without to. It is the same for all people.
I can not speak Japanese.
You can not speak German.
I can not speak Swahili.
She can not speak Chinese.
We can not speak Portuguese.
They can not speak Italian.
questions with CAN
In the question, can go to the beginning (before the subject). The short answer is made with a repetition of the same can / can not and the appropriate subject.
Q: Can you hear me?
A: Yes, I can.
Q: Can she cook?
A: No, she can not.
Q: Can I speak French?
A: Yes, I can.
Questions are asked with who / what / where / when / why / how too:
Where can we buy tomatoes?
Who can we ask?
What can I do to help?

verb to be

The verb to be"

The verb "to be" is translated as "to be or to be" and is the most important of English since it also has two uses. On the one hand, it can function as the main verb and on the other hand, it can also serve as an auxiliary verb. Also, sometimes, it can be a little complicated to understand and you will ask why? For the reason is that: as we increase our level in this language, we will discover that this verb is irregular, both in the present and in the past

Structure of the verb "to be"

Affirmative: subject + verb to be.

Negative: subject + verb to be + not.

Interrogative: verb to be + subject.

Example
  •  I am not a student
  • He is in his office.
  • It is a good movie. .
  • He is a happy child.
  • She is a smart girl.

wish

WISH

How to use WISH in English
The word wish translates more or less as "hopefully."

Express a desire, that is, something hypothetical that is not the current reality.

We use it with the past to talk about something we want in the present, but that is not fulfilled.

Example

  • I wish I spoke perfect English.
  • I wish I knew what to say.
  • I wish I had a million dollars and a house in Miami.
  • I wish I were rich, famous and handsome.
  • I wish my boss appreciated me more.
  • He wishes he had a better job.

WISH with perfect past
It is also used with the perfect past, in the case of speaking of a desire for the past.

I remind you that the perfect past is formed with had + the past participle. And that is also used in the third conditional to talk about unreal situations in the past.

Here are some examples ...

  • I wish I had studied medicine.
  • She wishes she had not eaten that piece of cake.

Regular and irregular verbs

Regular and irregular veras

A regular verb is any verb whose conjugation follows the typical pattern, or one of the typical patterns, of the language to which it belongs. A verb whose conjugation follows a different pattern is called an irregular verb.

In English, for example, verbs such as play, enter, and like are regular since they form their inflected parts by adding the typical endings -s, -ing and -ed to give forms such as plays, entering, and liked. On the other hand, verbs such as drink, hit and have are irregular since some of their parts are not made according to the typical pattern: drank and drunk (not "drinked"); hit (as past tense and past participle, not "hitted") and has and had (not "haves" and "haved").

The classification of verbs as regular or irregular is to some extent a subjective matter. If some conjugational paradigm in a language is followed by a limited number of verbs, or it requires the specification of more than one principal part, views may differ as to whether the verbs in question should be considered irregular. Most inflectional irregularities arise as a result of series of fairly uniform historical changes so forms that appear to be irregular from a synchronic (contemporary) point of view may be seen as following more regular patterns when the verbs are analyzed from a diachronic (historical linguistic) viewpoint.

welcome to this new post, today I will present you a cover of the song photograph by ed sheeran

letter:
Loving can hurt, loving can hurt sometimes
But it's the only thing that I know
When it gets hard, you know it can get hard sometimes
It is the only thing makes us feel alive
We keep this love in a photograph
We made these memories for ourselves
Where our eyes are never closing
Hearts are never broken
And time's forever frozen still
So you can keep me
Inside the pocket of your ripped jeans
Holding me closer 'til our eyes meet
You won't ever be alone, wait for me to come home
Loving can heal, loving can mend your soul
And it's the only thing that I know, know
I swear it will get easier
Remember that with every piece of you
Hm, and it's the only thing we take with us when we die
Hm, we keep this love in this photograph
We made these memories for ourselves
Where our eyes are never closing
Hearts were never broken
And time's forever frozen still
So you can keep me
Inside the pocket of your ripped jeans
Holding me closer 'til our eyes meet
You won't ever be alone
And if you hurt me
That's okay baby, only words bleed
Inside these pages you just hold me
And I won’t ever let you go
Wait for me to come home
Wait for me to come home
Wait for me to come home
Wait for me to come home
Oh, you can fit me
Inside the necklace you got when you were sixteen
Next to your heartbeat where I should be
Keep it deep within your soul
And if you hurt me
Well, that's okay baby, only words bleed
Inside these pages you just hold me
And I won’t ever let you go
When I'm away, I will remember how you kissed me
Under the lamppost back on Sixth street
Hearing you whisper through the phone
"Wait for me to come home"
